SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped with tracking details.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer reliable shipping options for all orders to Saudi Arabia.

Standard Shipping (Courier)

• Estimated Delivery: 2 - 8 Business Days
• Cost: 17.00 SAR (Flat Rate)
• Free shipping on orders over 200 SAR

3. CUSTOMS & HANDLING GUARANTEE

Herbiflix guarantees that the price you pay at checkout is the final price. All customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are included in the shipping cost and prepaid by us.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery as a payment method for orders shipping to Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.

5. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
